Red Panda Cleaning
About Red Panda Cleaning
Family-owned. Austin-based. Built on showing up and doing it right.
Our Story
Built on a Simple Idea
Red Panda Cleaning was founded in 2024 by AJ Gutierrez – an Austin-area entrepreneur who saw a real gap in the commercial cleaning market: too many large companies treating clients like account numbers, and too many small operators who couldn’t stay consistent.
The idea was straightforward. Build a company that actually cares – about the quality of the work, about the people doing it, and about the businesses trusting us with their facilities.
We’re a family-run operation. AJ handles sales and operations personally. Maria, his wife, manages the administrative side. Our team is small by design – better training, better accountability, better results.
